All job openings are <br /> posted in the City of Eugene Human Resource and Risk Services office every Monday at 8:00 <br /> a.m., on the website at www.ci.eugene.or.us ,and by calling the jobline at 541-682-5061. All the <br /> <br /> job postings contain information regarding job duties and qualifications, salary range, benefits, <br /> closing date, and materials required to apply, such as application, supplemental questionnaire, <br /> resume, transcripts, etc.). <br /> NOTE: Generally applications for most temporary Recreation positions are accepted at <br /> all times. These positions are considered "open postings," and all applications that have <br /> been received at the time a position becomes available are reviewed for that opening. <br /> HOW TO APPLY <br /> Submit a separate application form for each position applied for to the Human Resource and <br /> Risk Services office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the closing date. When you complete a job <br /> application and supplemental materials for a City position, be sure to emphasize the skills and <br /> experience that most prepare you for the type of work for which you apply. Keep a copy of all <br /> materials you submit; your application packet cannot be returned to you, nor copies <br /> made for you. In accordance with the 1986 Immigrations and Reform Act, proof of eligibility to <br /> work in the United States is required upon employment. <br /> NOTIFICATION <br /> If you are selected as a finalist for a position, the hiring supervisor will notify you by telephone <br /> and/or in writing to schedule an interview.
