The policies <br /> that govern the recruitment and selection process can be found in APPM section 3- <br /> 100. <br /> All job postings are made available to employees through a weeklyjob <br /> announcement a-mail notice, in addition to being placed on the City's Intranet and <br /> posted on bulletin boards. We also post job announcement on the Internet; send <br /> notices to job specific boards and/or organizations, such as Oregon Municipal <br /> Finance Officers Association (OMFOA); use mailing lists to distribute job <br /> information, and advertise in trade journals.
