Here <br /> is an opportunity to learn how. A free workshop, "Commuting by Bike", will be offered <br /> Wednesday, Oct. 15, at noon in the Tykeson Room at the Eugene Public Library, located at 100 <br /> W 10th Ave. in downtown Eugene. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch and join in. <br /> The one-hour class will cover bike .laws, bike safety, and tools and gear that a rider might <br /> consider for a successful commute by bike. <br /> Free bike safety education classed will be offered periodically through the Greater <br /> Eugene Area Riders group in partnership with the City of Eugene Transportation Options <br /> program.
