The work is scheduled to take place on Monday, Nov. <br /> 24, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting. <br /> To allow the paving crew full access to the street, vehicles will be controlled by flaggers to <br /> through traffic. Motorists should expect brief delays. <br /> The work. is being done by Eugene Sand & Gravel under contract to the City of Eugene <br /> Public Works Maintenance Division.
