(This is the <br /> "dogleg" turn on 28th/29th, a main east-west route in south Eugene.) <br /> Eastbound traffic is being detoured on 28th Place to Lincoln Street. Westbound traffic is <br /> being detoured up Lincoln Street to 28th Place.
