District shall manage the development and construction <br /> of the Youth Sports Parks and artificial surface fields in consultation with City as specified in a <br /> sepazate Program Management Agreement. The separate agreement will specify the conditions <br /> under which City will provide a project manager. <br /> Section 2: Length of Agreement. <br /> 2.1 Original Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of this <br /> Agreement and continue for a period, of thirty (30) years, unless terminated as provided in K <br /> . <br /> section 12. <br /> 2.2 Ten Year Review. Investment <br /> 3.1 City. District's investment shall be at least $3.5 million.
