<br /> 4 <br /> Each individual project will be listed on a project information sheet and City will pay <br /> contractor as follows: <br /> The weekly rate of $2,500 for Youth Works Crews <br /> The weekly rate~of $4,305 for Teens & Trails Crews <br /> Total amount not to exceed $30,000 including grant funds received from the Oregon <br /> Youth Conservation Corps. <br /> Except as expressly set forth herein, Contractor shall bear all expenses of performing the <br /> services. <br /> 4. Equipment. Except as set forth in Exhibit B, Contractor shall provide all materials, <br /> equipment, supplies or other items required for performance of the Services. <br /> 5. Contract Administration. Each party designates the following as its representative for <br /> purposes of notice pursuant to paragraph 23, and for purposes of administering this <br /> contract: <br /> Contractor: Northwest Youth Corps <br /> . Community Services Coordinator <br /> 2621 Augusta Street. <br /> Eugene, OR 97403 <br /> City: Scott Duckett <br /> Public Works/Engineering _ _ <br /> -858 Pearl <br /> Street <br /> Eugene OR 97401 <br /> -----Either party may change its designated representative by giving written notice to the other <br /> as provided in paragraph 23. <br /> 6. Performance of Services. Contractor shall perform the Services with a high degree of - <br /> professionalism consistent with industry standards, and shall, at all times during the term of <br /> this contract strictly comply with the following requirements: <br /> 6.1 Supervision. Contractor shall designate afull-time qualified supervisor of <br /> Contractor's performance of the Services, who shall have full authority to act for and <br /> ~on behalf of Contractor. The supervisor shall be available during regular business <br /> hours. At all times during the supervisor's absence, a designated subordinate shall <br /> be in charge and available at the location of performance of the Services. <br /> 6.2 Personnel. Contractor acknowledges the high degree of importance City places on <br /> the behavior, appearance and service pertormed by Contractor and its personnel. <br /> Contractor's personnel shall at all times be neat, clean and courteous, and <br /> Contractor shall not permit its employees or agents to conduct themselves in a loud, <br /> noisy, boisterous, offensive or objectionable manner.
