6 <br /> TRADE SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> (Non-Facility) <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation (City) <br /> AND: Looking Glass Youth and Family Services (Contractor) <br /> CONTRACT NO.: 2002-00203 <br /> EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE: June 15, 2001 <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Contractor is engaged in the business of offering. teens education-based work experience <br /> by providing an opportunity for teens to complete service projects in the community, and <br /> has obtained and. currently holds all licenses, permits, certifications, bonds or other <br /> authorization required by Federal, State or local law or regulations to engage in such <br /> business. <br /> B. City desires to .engage Contractor to perform the services described in the attached Exhibit <br /> B (the "Services"). Contractor has represented that if is qualified to perform the Services, <br /> and desires to enter into this contract with City on the terms set forth below. <br /> _ _ <br /> -AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Engagement. City hereby engages Contractor to perform the Services, and Contractor <br /> .agrees to perform the Services, according to the terms and conditions set forth herein and <br /> in the following exhibits: . <br /> Exhibit A -City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br /> Exhibit B -Description of Services and Project Information <br /> 2. Term. The term of this contract shall be for Completion Date December 31, 2001 unless <br /> earlier terminated in accordance with paragraph 16. <br /> . 3. Consideration. As consideration for performance of the Services, City shall pay on a <br /> <br /> . project to project basis to Contractor within 30 days of completion of performance of the <br /> Services to the satisfaction of City. <br /> Each individual project will be listed on a project information sheet and City will pay <br /> contractor as follows: <br /> -The hourly rate of $49.80 to include Youth and Supervisor time. <br /> -Total contract amount not to exceed $14,000.00 <br /> <br />
