Attached is a draft grant agreement and two draft conservation easements for the OWEB grant awarded for <br /> $900,000 toward two acquisitions in the West Eugene Wetlands. Even though each of these documents <br /> does not pertain directly to your individual organizations, I've sent you both a copy of all documents <br /> necessary to finalize before disbursement of grant funds so that you are aware of the documents one another <br /> is finalizing.
