Contractor is engaged in the business of offering teens education-based work experience <br /> by providing an opportunity for teens to complete .service projects in the community, and <br /> has obtained and currently holds all licenses, permits, certifications, bonds or other. <br /> authorization required by Federal, State or local law or regulations to engage in such <br /> business. <br /> - -----B---City desires-to-engage-C-ontr-aeto- r <br /> to-perfor-m-the-services-d- eser-ibed-in-the-attached-Exhibit <br /> -------B (tfie"-Ser-vices").-Contr-aetflr--has--repr-esen#ed-that it <br /> is-qua+ifed--to-perfor-m-the-Services, <br /> and desires #o enter into this contract with City on the terms set forth below. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Engagemen#. City hereby engages Contractor to perform the Services, and Contractor <br /> agrees to perform the Services, according to the terms and conditions set forth herein and <br /> in the following exhibits: <br /> Exhibit A -City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br /> Exhibit B -Description of Services and Project Information <br /> 2. Term. The term of this contract shall be for Completion Date December 31, 2000 unless <br /> earlier terminated in accordance with paragraph 16. <br /> 3. Considera#ion.
