The Task Order was prepared in <br /> accordance with the Cooperative Agreement, dated July 17, 2000, between the U.S. Army Corps <br /> of Engineers and the City of Eugene for the collection of native plant materials for the Amazon <br /> Creek Section 1135 Project (enc12). <br /> i <br /> j Under the Cooperative Agreement, the city may use its specialized expertise, staff and <br /> facilities to collect, grow-out, store, transport, clean, and propagate native seeds and plant <br /> materials required for the project. The Cooperative Agreement also allows us to use city <br /> resources to treat t e project area Or invasive non-native species. a ores agrees o ream urse <br /> the~ity for the cost ass~ia~es~with that,~o~k,~pes tasks to be accomplished under the <br /> Cooperative Agreement will be spelled out in individual Task Orders. Task Order Ol-O1 <br /> identifies work to be accomplished during the remainder of Federal fiscal year 2001.
