OPRD and OWEB agree to cooperate in any actions that are necessary in order to meet <br /> the procedural requirements of ORS 271.715 to ORS 271.795 relating to the acquisition and <br /> recording of the conservation easement. <br /> 5. OWEB agrees that this Addendum A satisfies the requirements of ORS 541.375(9), <br /> section C(3)(c)(iii) of the Grant Agreement, and section 2(c)(iv) of the Interagency Agreement. <br /> 6. Upon execution of this Addendum A by OPRD, OWEB agrees to disburse all of the <br /> funds identified in the Grant Agreement to the Oregon Title Company, Escrow Account No. <br /> 373991X. <br /> 7. This Addendum A shall be effective immediately upon execution by the parties hereto, <br /> and the approval of the Oregon Attorney General for legal sufficiency, which maybe made by <br /> facsimile and in counterparts, with conforming originals provided to the Board within seven (7) <br /> days of the date of facsimile. <br /> 8.
