Cash Receipts <br />Technician, 434 Transportation Building, Salem, Oregon 97310-07$0. <br />OPTION 2 I..ETT~'.i2 ®F CRFDTT <br />Agency can obtain an irrevocable letter of credit from a bank, savings bank, trust company <br />or savings association and send it to the Oregon Department of Transportation, Attn. Cash <br />Receipts Technician, 434 Transportation Building, Salem, Oregon 97310-0780. <br />Note <br />The Agency share of the estimated cost must at all times be <br />covered by some form of advance deposit. ODOT may ask the Agency to extend a <br />__ __ <br />titter of credit upon its expirafion-or they inay chose to replace the balance of an <br />expired letter of credit with either cash or a deposit in the Local Government <br />Agency can wire the prescribed amount from their bank to the State Treasurer's Office for <br />deposit in the Local Government Investment Pool. Agency will furnish ODOT an <br />irrevocable limited power of attorney send them to the Oregon Department of <br />97310-0780. <br />Agency will received interest which is credited daily and posted monthly. A monthly <br />statement will be furnished by the State Treasurer, showing transactions and accrued <br />interest. <br />Note: If a blanket power of attorney has previously been submitted, the Agency will <br />furnish ODOT, a copy of the confirmation of deposit of funds in to the Local <br />Government Investment Pool. <br />
