Or maybe use some of the contingencies line item? Our last change order, for $12,319, pushes us over the <br />original authorized amount by about $10,000. <br />Bud told me the best way to avoid going over the original authorized amount was to reduce the Engineering amount. I <br />would like to do that, by $10,000. <br />What is the Contingencies line item for and can we use money from it? I also see that no monies were charged to the line <br />items for RR Flagging or Additional Clearing Outside Work Area. <br />I know you are trying to .protect the City's money match amount. I see the corrected estimate for Engineering is $236,331. <br />Should we meet with Gale Mills to discuss the best way to charge the budget for the last change order and keep us under <br />the original authorized amount?
