.. / <br />Local Agency Agreement <br />High Priority Project <br />12/17/'99 <br />Page 4 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and affixed their seals as <br />of the day and year hereinafter written. <br />The .federal funding for the preliminary engineering portion of the Project was added by <br />Amendment #99-30 to the 1998-2001 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program on <br />September 3, 1999. <br />The funding for the construction portion of the Project is a part of the 2000-2003 Statewide <br />Transportation Improvement Program (Key 11343} that was approved by the Oregon <br />.Transportation Commissio on October 13, 1999, and is anticipated to be approved by <br />HWA/FTA in January ~~ Any work performed prior to acceptance by FHWA/FTA will be <br />onsidered nonparticipating .and paid for at Agency expense.
