It's funny, the range between low and Gov't estimate was very similar to the diffference <br />we had on the Amazon 1135 Phase I. <br />We need to talk about your proposal to encourage the contractor to move forward as soon as possible on the overlook and <br />other Section 1135 pieces. I know that has always been my desire. however, for some reason our PCA amendment covering <br />the 1135 elements is hung up in Corps HQ. I'm trying to shake it loose as quickly as possible but in the event that we haven't <br />been able to get it approved and executed prior to the contractor initiating work, I would prefer to delay the 1135 pieces-- <br />even if it means not getting to them until next year. I'll keep in touch with you on this issue.
