Debby Corey says the agreement has been signed (as of Tan. 31st!) and FHWA has approved the STIP that includes the path and its funding. Next step is to get ahold of Kevin Boyle and arrange to have the $$ obligated. That is supposed to take about 2 weeks, but she said he is out of the office most of this week. I'll try to get hiin rolling right away. With ROW and permit issues to resolve we really should be active on the job now.
