Estimated at $2.6 million; there is about $240,000 in PSF that is not part of <br />the match for the federal money and won't be covered by Federal or match money. <br />This budget did not include an extension to Terry or to the overlook. -can the <br />$240,000 count as match to the Corps potential rec. money 50/50 match? (Scott to <br />Check?) <br />Extension from main path to Terry - <br />Rough estimate at $150,000 based on an estimate of $125/lineal foot <br />and 1200 lineal feet of path. We believe it is mostly in the boundaries of the 1135 <br />project. Of concern is the timing to do a supplement to the Project Modification <br />Report" -Scott you said you would check into this. <br />___ _ -Extension from main path to-Overlook --- - -- -- - <br />Rough estimate @ $250,000 based on 2,000 lineal feet. Also a good <br />candidate for the "recreation" component. <br />Parking lot @ Overlook <br />Depending on the requirements for a parking lot on city property outside <br />city limits (at the moment) we feel this could be done for $5/sf. Roughly estimating 2 <br />buses and 10 cars might be $20-50,000. The overlook seems to have more support <br />from CORPS than the path. <br />shelter, bathrooms and other items are on the list, no estimate at this <br />point in time. <br />General ISSUE -match for bike path expansion could be transportation SDC (is <br />money available after Eastbank - me to check with Les). What would match for <br />parking lot be funded by - Stormwater ? (mc to check). <br />Scott to check in with Matt on timing, funding priorities, any other issues <br />Bud to recheck main path estimate -check in w/ OBEC on structure estimate, <br />revisit preliminary engineering and check w/ Kevin Boyle on ability to move PE <br />money to construction (or visa versa) if we over-estimate, also check in on timing to <br />get the signed agreement back so we can start charging to the ODOT funded part of <br />the project. <br />Does this summarize what we talked about? <br />
