The~purpose of this project is to acquire approximately 770 acres of <br /> decreasing wetlands and associated uplands, and restore approximately 253 acres of decreasing wetlands, in the Willamette Valley <br /> Focus Area of the Pacific Coast Joint Venture, in support of the West Eugene Wetlands Conservation Plan.
