The <br /> City Manager agreed to sign the Trust Agreement on behalf of the City and agreed that the City <br /> would implement the project consistent with the project description contained in this memo. <br /> Once the newest version of the West Alton Park Master Plan was completed earlier this year, <br /> parks planners within the Department of Public Works began working on a draft of the landscape <br /> plan for the tree garden.
