McCready Trust <br /> Dear Ms. Landstrom: <br /> I am writing to advise you regarding the City of Eugene's status <br /> as a beneficiary of the Gladys W. McCready Charitable Trust. <br /> Gladys McCready passed away September 9, 1990. Pursuant to the <br /> terms of her trust agreement with First Interstate Bank of Oregon, <br /> we are pleased to advise you that Mrs. McCready has designated the <br /> City of Eugene to receive one-half of the residue at distribution <br /> date. This amounts to a payment of $36,556.65. Mrs. McCready's <br /> gift to the City of Eugene carries a stipulation with regard to how <br /> the gift shall be used. .The terms of her trust agreement state, <br /> " The share hereby given to the City of Eugene, Oregon, shall be <br /> used by the City of Eugene exclusively for the purpose of <br /> beautifying Skinner Butte Park and Hendricks Park". <br /> In order to complete our records with regard to the City of Eugene, <br /> please complete the information on the enclosed W-9 Form. A return <br /> mail envelope is enclosed for your use. <br /> Also --encl-aced-----is a check--payable to -the -City---of Eugene in the-- <br /> amount of $36,556.65 along with three copies of our Distribution <br /> Receipt.
