NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to <br /> amend portions of the Systems Development Chazges by implementing a 5.0% inflationary increase <br /> to both the local. wastewater system and transportation system, and a 4.3 % inflationary increase to <br /> the stormwater system, effective Apri15, 2004, as set forth in Attachment 1 hereto. <br /> The proposed inflationary adjustments aze based on the national 20-city average Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering.News-Record and aze consistent with adopted policies <br /> of the City, authorized by Section 7.710(5) of the Eugene Code, 1971, and aze in conformity with <br /> applicable state law. <br /> Persons desiring to comment on the proposed adjustments shall submit written comments <br /> to the City Engineer, Public Works Depaztment, 858 Peazl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 <br /> days from the date of publication as indicated below.
