5.1 Monitoring of existing wetland restoration sites and establishment of monitoring <br /> protocols on planned and new restoration projects. The monitoring will consist primarily <br /> of qualitative and quantitative vegetation monitoring, but may also include wildlife and <br /> hydrology. <br /> 5.2 Surveying for and monitoring of special status plant species, including federally listed <br /> <br /> f species. <br /> 5.3 Inventory and implementing control measures for non-native vegetation, on both wetland <br /> and upland sites. <br /> 5.4 Prepare reports or portions of reports related to monitoring, plant surveys, and site <br /> restorations. <br /> 5.5 Prepare and/or implement site restoration plans that may include prescribed fire, seeding, <br /> weeding, grading, fill removal, and planting. <br /> 5.6 Com letion of miscellaneous duties related to the management of the West Eugene <br /> p <br /> Wetland Partnership mcludmg environmental education, literature review, budget <br /> preparation, and property acquisition review. Participates as a member of the Field <br /> Operations Group (FOG). <br /> 5.7 Direct work crews to accomplish botanical related tasks as identified in the previous <br /> items. <br /> 6.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> 6.1 Start Work Date <br /> October 1, 2003 <br /> 6.2 Completion Date <br /> The completion date is on or before September 30, 2004, or at such time that the Not-To- <br /> Exceed value of the agreement has been reached. <br /> 7.0 PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be in accordance with Section XII - "Payments," of the Assistance <br /> Agreement. The agreed-upon amount between City of Eugene and BLM will be $14,500 <br /> for the work period. Work will continue until such time as the amount of the task order is <br /> exhausted. <br /> <br />
