Agreement No. HAA031M00 <br /> Task Order No. HAF061M12 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br /> 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> BLM will provide keys for sites that are locked by BLM locks. <br /> 5.0 BOTANCIAL RESOURCES <br /> City will follow the "Wetland Plant Supply Strategy' guidelines for all plant materials. <br /> The City will forward all seed collection requests to BLM's Wetland Natural Resource <br /> Specialist relating to public BLM lands within the West Eugene Wetlands. <br /> 6.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> A. The City will provide staff to supervise, manage, and implement native seed collection <br /> efforts. <br /> B. The City will collect seed of native plants from wetland, upland prairie, and oak savanna <br /> habitats in the west Eugene area for use in grow-out operations. Seeds are to be hand- <br /> collected at natural dispersal time: <br /> C. The. City will collect seed of native plants from wetland, upland prairie, and oak savanna- <br /> habitats in the west Eugene area for restoration, rehabilitation and enhancement projects. <br /> Native seeds will then be stored in seed cooler. <br /> D. The City may purchase other native seed,., as necessary, to use on prairie enhancement, <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> E. The City will sow native seed and plant propagated plants on prairie enhancement, <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> <br /> • 6.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> 6.1 Start Work Date <br /> The start work date is the date that this Task Order is signed by the Assistance Officer. <br /> 6.2 Completion Date <br /> The completion date is on or before August 31, 2007, or at such time that the Not-To-Exceed <br /> value of the task order has been reached. <br /> <br />
