SUCH PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPON <br /> CLOSING OF THE PROPERTY EXCHANGE. <br /> B. CONSTRUCT A HOUSING DEVELOMENT ON NEW QUINNEY'S <br /> PARCEL CONSISTING OF ONE TO THREE BUILDINGS AND APPROXIMATELY 15 TO <br /> 25 APARTMENT UNITS. BUII.,DINGS AND SITE DESIGN WILL PROVIDE FOR GOOD <br /> VISUAL ACCESS FROM HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO NEW PARK. UNIT <br /> ENTRANCES WILL BE .ORIENTED SO THAT AS MANY AS POSSIBLE ARE ON THE <br /> NORTH (PARK FACING) SIDE OF THE BUILDINGS, WITH THE BALANCE ON THE <br /> EAST AND WEST SIDES, WITH NO ENTRANCES ON THE SOUTH SIDE (AWAY FROM <br /> PARK). THE <br /> QUINNEYS AND THE CITY AGREE. TO COOPERATE IN ANY NECESSARY CITY <br /> PROCEDURES TO ALLOW LIGHT TO BE INTENTIONALLY CAST FROM .EACH <br /> PROPERTY TO THE OTHER FOR PURPOSES OF INCREASING SECURITY AND <br /> SUPPORTING POSITIVE USE OF THE PARK. <br /> D. NOT OPPOSE FUTURE PARK IlVIPROVEMENTS THAT ARE <br /> TYPICAL FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD PARK THROUGH PUBLIC AND LAND USE <br /> PROCESSES. FUTURE PARK IlVIPROVEMENTS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT <br /> LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: CHILDREN'S .PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL <br /> COURT, PICNIC AREA, LIGHTS, AND PARK FURNITURE.
