Each party hereby grants the other party authority to enter onto each other's right of <br /> <br /> i~ way for the purpose of performing any required work or maintenance services. <br /> 9. There are no understandings, agreements, or <br /> representations, oral or written, not specified herein regarding this Agreement. Such waiver, consent, modification or change, if made, shall be <br /> effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
