OF WORK <br /> Task Order No. HEF051M08 <br /> 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK . <br /> This task order describes work to complete the design and engineering for the Tsanchiifin <br /> Trail located in the West- Eugene Wetlands. City of Eugene landscape architects and <br /> engineers will design and layout the Tsanchiifin Trail, and prepare engineering drawing so <br /> that the trail surface will be hardened and universally accessible for disabled visitors. <br /> 1.1 ACCESS/LOCATION <br /> The West Eugene Wetlands Office is located at 751 South Danebo Avenue. Tsanchiifin <br /> Trail is located across Danebo to the west of the WEW office. <br /> 1.2 SITE SECURITY <br /> The West Eugene_ Wetlands Office hours are Monday through Friday from .8:00 am-4:30 <br /> pm. BLM staff will lock the Wetland Office and entrance gate as well, set 'the security <br /> system. Tsanchiifin Trail is not gated, nor secured, it is open to the public during daylight <br /> hours. <br /> 2.0 DEFINITIONS <br /> None <br /> 3.0 COOPERATOR FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> Cooperator is required to furnish any tools or equipment needed to complete specific tasks. <br /> Cooperator will cover transportation to and from the work site, office equipment, supplies, <br /> and tools to complete. the work covered by this task order. Cooperator personnel may work . <br /> any shift or tour of duty they deem necessary to accomplish project objectives. <br /> <br /> 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> The BLM project manager will assist the City personnel with maps and other materials for <br /> completion of this task order. . <br /> For this task order, BLM will provide field assistance to City of Eugene personnel with the <br /> proposed layout for of the Tsanchiifm Trail. BLM will review conceptual designs, <br /> coordinate the review and comment of other interested parties, and provide direction to <br /> City staff on the design of the trail, trailheads, parking areas and other elements. BLM will- <br /> also provide assistance with the location of the interpretive panels and other signing <br /> <br />
