All employers, including Agency that. employ subject .workers who work under this <br /> Agreement in the S#ate of Oregon shall comply with ORS 656,817 and provide the required <br /> Workers' Compensation coverage unless such employers are exempt under ORS 656.126. <br /> Agency shall ensure that each of its contractors complies with-these requirements. <br /> LOREYING RE57RICTIONS <br /> <br /> 49. Agency certifies by signing the Agreement that: <br /> A. No federal appropriated funds have been paid ar will be paid, by or on behalf of <br /> the undersigned, to any person far influencing ar at#emp#ing to influence an <br /> officer ar employee of any federal agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or <br /> employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection <br /> with the awarding of any federal contract, 'the making of any federal gran#, the <br /> making of any federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and <br /> the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, ar modification of any federal <br /> contract, grant, lawn, or cooperative agreement. <br /> B. If any funds other than federal appropriated funds have been paid ar wiU be paid <br /> to any person for influencing ar attempting to influence an officer ar errrployee of <br /> any federal agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, <br /> or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with this federal contract, <br /> grant, loan, or cooperative agreement, the undersigned- shall complete and <br /> .submit Standard Farm~I~LL, Disclosure Farm to f~eport Lobbying, in accordance <br /> with its instructions. <br /> C. The undersigned shall require that the language of this certification be included in <br /> the award documents for all subawards at all tiers (including subgran#s, and <br /> cpntracts and subcontracts under grants, subgrants, loans, and cooperative <br /> agreements) which exceed $1 gq,gqq, and that all such subrecipients shall certify <br /> and disclose accordingly. <br /> CJ.
