Please note the following: <br /> • The first half of the grant ($35,600) will be available as soon as the agreement is finalized. <br /> • A set of plans must be submitted to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program office and local <br /> District office for approval before any construction work begins. <br /> • The project should be completed by November 28, 2003 (a later date may be chosen by mutual <br /> agreement). <br /> • Final payment will be released upon completion of the project and inspection by the Bicycle <br /> and Pedestrian Program office or an ODOT representative. <br /> Please obtain signatures on all four copies and return them to our office at your earliest <br /> convenience, but no later than March 28, 2003.
