Using these contract funds, the City hired Janice <br /> Sunseri (employee id# 16941) for several months to conduct the work. <br /> We are now ready to get reimbursed for the full contract amount ($8,938). I have completed and <br /> signed the federal SF 270, and I've attached the "job costing" report for all of Janice's hours. I also <br /> received approval from the BLM's contract manager, Pat Johnston, to submit the reimbursement <br /> request. <br /> Please proceed with requesting the funds via the federal ASAP automatic payment system. <br /> <br />
