Fw: 6-dig~~ code for ASAP <br /> Eric...l wanted to let you know that we ran into another glitch getting ASAP to work. I just found out that we <br /> need to change a code called the vendor code in our data base from one that would ordinarily be used for the <br /> City to one that is used only when processing payments via ASAP. The Federal Financial System is not <br /> particularly user friendly, and is not allowing our person to go into the system and change that number. That <br /> number has to be changed before the 6-digit code you need can be generated. <br /> However, there is a way to do it that works...and apparently we've discovered today the only person who has <br /> been able to make it work is in our State Office in Portland...BUT she's off toda .Even our "ex erts" in Denver <br /> Y p <br /> can't fi ure it out. It's one of those weird litches in the s stem. <br /> 9 g Y <br /> It is my hope that this will be resolved on Monday. My sincere apologies for this long delay.
