<br /> 1 <br /> AMENDMENT TO STATE/LOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANT PROGRAM <br /> This Amendment No. 2 to OPRD Project # LGP0107 made and entered into on the date of fmal <br /> . signature of this agreement by and between the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Parks <br /> and Recreation Department, hereinafter referred to as the "State", and City of Eui;ene, Eugene Parks <br /> and Open Space acting by and through its City Council, or designated representative, hereinafter referred <br /> « <br /> to as the S onsor <br /> p <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, State and Sponsor entered into a grant agreement relating to the Local Government Grant <br /> .
