While our in-kind and cash <br /> match already exceeds the 25% minimum required by OWEB, we are also submitting our <br /> anticipated monitoring efforts for 2008 as part of our in-kind match. We are committed to <br /> monitoring the OWEB funded project area this spring and have included a value of $3,000 <br /> as an estimate of this work to be accomplish in 2008.
