The area being <br /> analyzed is bounded more or less by the Southern Pacific Railroad to the south, Greenhill Road to the west, <br /> Terry Street to the east and Barger Drive to the north. This more up to date and detailed information will <br /> benefit future development in the area. Even though the MAS does not explicitly commit the City to <br /> ' spending a certain amount, the cost to complete the analysis and map changes is estimated to be $88,226, <br /> and is funded by a combination of Stormwater SDCs'and a $25,000 grant from FEMA.
