ODF agrees to publicly acknowledge through news releases, and/or posting of <br /> Forest Legacy signs on iand, or in publications FS and specifically the FLP as a <br /> source of funding for this project. <br /> 5. As a condition of this grant, ODF may be asked to consult with FS qualified review <br /> appraiser with responsibilities fior the FS area where the property is located, <br /> regarding how best to appraise the property to meet federal appraisal standards. <br /> This consultation would occur at the onset of the acquisition processs. <br /> <br />
