There <br /> are many ways these numbers can be sliced, and I'm just not sure how ODF or FLP would <br /> approach it. <br /> I think the important points are these: <br /> * In our .application we said the total would be $913K, of which <br /> FLP would pay $460K and non fed match would be $456.5K <br /> * Due to the lengthy delay between the time we made our original <br /> purchase offer and the start of the official grant period, we paid the owner $200K as an <br /> option fee to keep the deal on the table prior to the grant period start. <br /> * Non fed cost share during the official grant period would be our <br /> $222K cash plus the landowner donation of $113K for a total of approximately $335K <br /> * Not including the option fee, our funding percentage would be <br /> over the FLP min threshold of 25%, probably something more like 34-37o depending on how <br /> it's calculated. <br /> Let me know if you need more information or clarification. <br /> 1 <br /> _ <br /> <br />
