The site is " <br /> <br /> " " ~ accessible bypaved roads, but access within the sites will be limited to temporary <br /> " .access paths approved by the CITY. The CITY and its contractors may leave their equipment at the work site. <br /> However, the Government will not be responsible for the CITY's equipment or <br /> the CITY's contractor's equipment if it should become lost, stolen, or damaged. <br /> <br />
