The -City employee will <br /> also attend the Siuslaw Area Meeting monthly (2 hours per month). BLM <br /> recognizes that the City employee may have some pre-existing schedule conflicts <br /> with a small number of these meetings, and therefore, will need to miss those <br /> particular meetings. <br /> • The City employee will provide oversight to the BLM West Eugene Wetland <br /> restoration ro am b schedixlin work and by providing guidance to the Natural <br /> p in Y g <br /> Resource Specialist on developing a strategy, making timeliness, and achieving <br /> deadlines. <br /> • The City employee will provide a management connection between the main BLM <br /> office and the West Eugene Wetlands detached office. The employee will keep the <br /> Field Manager informed of any projects, issues, or proposals underway in the <br /> Wetlands and will deliver messages and information generated at the BLM Main <br /> Office to employees and others at the West Eugene Wetlands Office. <br /> • The City employee will work closely with the BLM Wetlands Manager. They will <br /> exchange information and keep each other up-to-date on activities and relevant <br /> reports that may enhance the success of the WEW Project. <br /> • The City employee will be one of the BLM points of contact for West Eugene <br /> Wetlands partners. The employee will occasionally represent the interests of the <br /> BLM to the West Eugene Wetlands Partnership and will need to coordinate closely <br /> with other BLM representatives to ensure that messages are aligned. <br /> <br /> 1' <br /> 6.0 PRODUCT DELIVERABLES <br /> A leadership and oversight presence for the West Eugenie Wetlands that is interfaced with <br /> the Siuslaw Area Leadership Team. Some written work products will be necessary <br /> including summaries, work analyses, and draft correspondence. <br /> 7.0 PERFORMANCE PERIOD <br /> Start Work Date: March 13, 2006 <br /> Completion Date(s): September 30, 2006 <br /> 8.0 PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be in accordance with Section XII - "Payments," of the Assistance <br /> Agreement. The agreed upon amount between the City of Eugene and BLM will be <br /> $12,000 for the work period. Work will continue .until such time as the amount of the task <br /> order is exhausted. <br /> <br />
