The City of Eugene representative for this Task Order shall meet with BLM's Natural <br /> Resources Specialist, Sally Villages at least twice a month for a progress report on the <br /> specific tasks completed. <br /> 6A ~ERFO1tMA.NCE SCHEDULE <br /> Start work date: The start work date will be the effective date ol'the Task Order. <br /> Completfon date: The completion date is on or before December 15, 2006, or at such time that <br /> the Not-To-Exceed value of flee agreement has been reached. <br /> 7.0 PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be in accordance with Section XII of the Assistance Agreement. The agreed-upon <br /> amount between City of Eugene and Sf,M will be $52,004 for the work period. Work will continue <br /> until such time as the amount of th® contract is exhausted.
