Work area will be at aGovernment-approved site. <br /> 1.2 Site Security <br /> City personnel fulfilling the requirements of this Task Order can stage work based out the <br /> BLM facility at 751 South Danebo, Eugene, Oregon. City personnel will be responsible <br /> to secure all tools on site in storage space provided. Staff will also be responsible to lock <br /> buildings if they are the last person leaving the office at the end of the work day. <br /> 2.0 DEFINITIONS <br /> None. <br /> 3.0 COOPERATOR-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> Cooperator is required to furnish any tools or equipment needed to complete the task. <br /> 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> None. ' <br /> 5.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> The City will provide assistance to help accomplish the following tasks: <br /> 5.1 The Proposed Action is to remove 27,866 cubic yards of fill material to enhance wetlands <br /> in the Turtle Swale Unit, located south of West Royal Avenue on, T 17S-R4W-Sect.29, <br /> in Eugene, Oregon. The area to be affected is a temporary maintenance road <br /> (approximately 2,200 feet in length) that was built during the construction phase of the <br /> Lower Amazon Creek Wetlands Restoration Project in 1999. <br /> 7.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> 7.1 Start Work Date: The date that this task order is signed. <br /> 7.2 Completion Date: The completion date is on or before September 30, 2006, or at such <br /> time that the Not-To-Exceed value of the agreement has been reached. <br /> T <br /> <br />
