This is low bid plus 20%, minus
$220,000 from Lane County. The check will be placed in an interest bearing account, and monies from Lane County for
construction shall be drawn down first.
We have issued an "Intent to Award" letter today which will start the 7 day protest period. We will not send contracts to Wildish
until the protest period has expired and we have received the funds to support the project. The contract should be awarded
approximately 15 days after we send them to Wildish.
I will send you the bid tabs on Wednesday. What other (if any) contract documents would you like?

Thanks!

Teri.
S J
2/7/2007
