AMENDMENT NO.One TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2006 - 00210 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Developer Agreement For Construction of Public Improvement <br /> .Contract dated November 9, 2005, between the City of Eugene (City) andEast Ridge <br /> <br /> ~j Development, LLC (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agreeto amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br /> follows: <br /> ~ 1) Amend Exhibit C to re-bring the fee structure up to date. Fees will reflect actual City <br /> costs incurred for City of Eugene engineering services, determined in accordance with <br /> the City's Public Works Engineering Services Fee Schedule in effect at the time the <br /> services are rendered. Fees will be billed and payable monthly, with final payment due <br /> ~ prior to City's final acceptance of the completed improvements.
