The specific tasks include: <br /> A. Engineering and design. This will be conducted by City staff and/or by consultants <br /> hired by the CITY. This task may include costs. such as pre-construction surveys, as <br /> well as production of construction documents and bid specifications. <br /> B. Contract and project management, including advertisement, administration, and bid <br /> preparation of <br /> project. This work will be performed by CITY staff. <br /> C. The clearing of existing, mostly non-native, vegetation that is growing along the pond <br /> banks and in the riparian zone. This work will be performed by a contractor hired by <br /> <br />
