In addition, the <br /> Board authorized .transferring Lane County's road operations, maintenance and <br /> preservation allocation from the 2003 Oregon Transportation Investment Act III (OTIA III) <br /> to each city for up to three years. <br /> Please execute and return all copies of the enclosed Agreements to this office. As soon . <br /> as we receive the executed agreements, they will be forwarded to the County <br /> ~ Administrator for his signature. A fully executed copy of each Agreement will be <br /> returned for your file. <br /> . These agreements continue the requirement that the City provide an annual report to the <br /> County on how funds were expended during the prior fiscal year. The annual acxounting. <br /> report for FY 03/04 County/City Road Partnership Funds is to be submitted to me by <br /> November 1, 2004. A copy of the Local Road and Street Questionnaire submitted to the <br /> Oregon Department of Transportation will fulfill this requirement.
