Conditions Necessitating a Refund of Grant Funds to APA <br /> If any of the following circumstances occur, APA may, at its discretion, in addition to other <br /> remedies available to it, require that.the -City of Eugene. immediately repay the full amount of the Grant <br /> funds which were unspent as of the date of the occurrence. <br /> 1. The purpose of the Grant has been fully completed or the period of time indicated in the Grant <br /> proposal (attached) for the completion of the purpose of the Grant has expired (without being <br /> extended with the consent of APA). <br /> 2. The City of Eugene, for any reason, becomes unable to carry out the purpose of the Grant stated <br /> in the Grant Description, or otherwise violates these Grant Terms and Conditions. <br /> No Assignment or Delegation <br /> The City of Eugene may not assign or otherwise transfer any of its rights or delegate any~of its <br /> obligations under these Grant Terms and Conditions or with respect to the Grant. <br /> .
