References to the "Grant Terms <br /> and Conditions" shall include this document as well as any attachments. The Grant, which will only <br /> be considered approved as final upon the full execution of this document, is made subject to the City . <br /> of Eugene following terms and conditions: <br /> Program and Administrative Requirements <br /> 1. This Grant is to be used by the City of Eugene for the Santa Clara Community Park <br /> Stakeholder and Community Engagement Process, in partnership with APA , University of <br /> Oregon's Center for Housing Initiative, and Lane County Parks. Specifically, the City of <br /> Eugene will conduct a community engagement program and create a master plan for Santa <br /> . Clara Community Park, as detailed more fully in the proposal submitted fo APA (attached). <br /> This Grant may not be used for any other purpose or program of the City of Eugene. <br /> 2. APA, through its designated program staff, must be consulted in writing in advance, in the <br /> event that any aspect of the program is changed or redesigned The designated APA staff <br /> person for this Grant is Mary Eysenbach, the Director of The City Parks Forum. <br /> Payment of Grant Funds <br /> 1. This Grant will be paid according to the following schedule, assuming compliance with the <br /> terms and conditions set forth herein: <br /> $17,500 upon APA's receipt of the signed Grant Terms and Conditions until the grant <br /> project is completed <br /> Balance (up to $17,500) upon completion of the grant project and the submission of <br /> reports identified in the Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements of these Terms <br /> and Conditions. <br /> 2. These Grant`funds are restricted to the uses as described above and are to be used as <br /> represented in the budget included with~the proposal submitted to APA. These Grant monies <br /> . are not to be used in any other way or far any other purposes without the prior written approval . <br /> of APA. Budget revisions of more than 25% in any major line item must be approved by APA <br /> prior to expenditures. <br /> <br />
