Contracts and Agreements <br /> <br /> ..i ~ ~ No. 17935 <br /> !I <br /> FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENT <br /> CITY OF EUGENE <br /> AMENDMENT N0.2 <br /> i <br /> The STATE OF OREGON, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "State", and CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Agency", entered into an Agreement on September 21, 2000 and Amendment No. 1 on <br /> September 25, 2002. Said agreement covers 1999 Fund Exchange for the City of <br /> Eugene, Neighborhood Transportation Improvements. <br /> It has now been determined by State and Agency that the Agreement and Amendment <br /> No. 1 referenced above, although remaining in full force and effect, shall be amended <br /> by this Agreement to include additional funding for the Project. <br /> Paragraph 2 of Terms of Agreement, Page 1, which reads: <br /> 2. To assist in funding the Project, Agency has requested State to exchange 1999 <br /> Federal Funds, which have been allocated to Agency, for State funds based on the _ <br /> following ratio: <br /> $94 State for $100 Federal <br /> Based on this ratio, Agency wishes to trade $160,000 Federal Funds for $150,400 State <br /> Funds. <br /> Shall be amended to read: <br /> 2. To assist in funding the Project, Agency has requested State to exchange <br /> Federal Funds in the following manner: <br /> Agency will exchange: <br /> FY Federal Ratio State <br /> 1999 $ 160,000.00 94% $ 150,400.00 <br /> 2002 $ 310,000.00 94% $ 291,400.00 <br /> Total $ 470,000.00 $ 441,800.00 <br /> Agency shall exchange a total of $ 470,000.00 federal funds for state funds at the ratios <br /> of 94 cents in state funds for each federal dollar. .State shall reimburse Agency up to <br /> the total of $441,800.00 state funds for eligible costs incurred. <br /> Signature Page To Follow <br /> <br />
