Not all <br /> projects that were submitted received funding. For speafic information on individual projects, <br /> feel free to call Mike Russell at (541) 682-6949. Please see the attached list that ident~es the <br /> funded projects and antiapated year of allocation. <br /> • Projects .identified under the General Construction heading are antiapated to be included in <br /> Lane County's Capital Improvement Program {CIP) as Lane County construction contracts. <br /> Projects under the Payments to Other Agenaes heading are expected to be reimbursements <br /> for construction done under an applicant agency construction contract. <br /> The next step is to execute the necessary intergovernmental agreements that stipulate how <br /> the money will be transferred and/or outline project development and construction duties. <br /> The Public Works Department will be drafting these agreements and sending them to you for <br /> review shortly. • <br /> Thank you and congratulations on submitting a successful application. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Oliver P.
