She says to pull <br /> together Russ, Tom and Lew to review the appraisal and put together our offer. <br /> Jenny, I'm not totally sure what she means by the "internal financing"--I guess the City share, which is really Amtrak, and <br /> making sure we have all the details taken care of budget-wise, to move ahead with RFP, offer to purchase property, plus <br /> staff charges. Chris was emphasizing getting our ducks in a row prior to making an offer. <br /> 4. We also need to move ahead with the RFP for design. Chris said we should talk to Glen S. to line up assistance from <br /> someone in Facilities to help us with the framework of the RFP. We will also need to do it according to ODOT/FHWA <br /> process in order to ensure their ok......remember, they have to approve it before we send it out, and approve of our <br /> selection of design consultant, since they are paying the bill. <br /> 5. Not sure about where we are with Amtrak (Chris and I did not discuss).....need to review and take steps to move <br /> forward on agreement with them, too. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
