In addition we have discussed shared improvements with Lane County <br />for the entrance to the Fern Ridge Path which also shares an entrance to the Lane County <br />Fairgrounds. A design should be ready for your review in February. We anticipate a target bid <br />date of February or March, 2000, and a construction date of May or June, 2000. <br />Please send the first half of the project grant, $50,000, as agreed by contract.
